Meet Luis Geronimo.
With Carribean flavor flowing through his vains, Geronimo entered culinary school only knowing how to cook Dominican dishes he grew up eating. Today he can chef up dishes from from all over the world, but latin flavor remains his fave’. With experience from everywhere from 5 star restaraunts in Manhattan to cooking for the New York Mets players and media at Citi Field, Chef Geronimo is not just an awesome cook; he’s an awesome personality.
